Who Are We?At Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church we want to proclaim the good news that God exists and he cares for each of us as individuals. God sent Jesus to the world to declare His Love and to pay the punishment for the wrong things that each of us do. By relying on Christ's forgiveness God then declares that He forgives us and will cause us to live with Him eternally even after we die. This is the basis of the Christian faith and at Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church we work at helping each other to grow in that faith, and we teach our community in that faith. God also wants us to serve Him and other people by using our time, energy and talents to help others and comfort them. In our church we worship God in our prayers, our study of God's word -- the Bible, and in our music. |
